Ensure that your NVR is connected to your router via wifi. 2. Access the NVR’s web interface via a web browser. 3. Navigate to the Network menu and select the Wireless tab. 4. Select the SSID of your wifi network from the drop-down menu. 5. Enter your wifi password in the Password field. ONVIF function default is closed. From main menu->Setup->Network->Connection->ONVIF. 3. For newer systems or firmware upgrades there will be a new ONVIF user management tab where user accounts are setup (Setup-> System-> Account-> Onvif). Select the pencil icon to modify an existing account. Select the red icon on the right to delete an account.
Reasons your DVR or NVR cannot detect your hard drive: Hard Drive is broken; Hard Drive ribbon is damaged; Main board SATA port is broken; Installed Hard Drive is not compatible with the Optiview DVR / NVR; Insufficient Power (i.e. bad power supply or bad power source)
Time display: You can select to display time or not when system is playback. Channel display: You can select to channel name or not when system is playback. Image enhance: Check the box; you can optimize the margin of the preview video. Original scale: Check the box here to restore video original scale. Click OK button to save current setup

Start NVR and go through it's setup. Do not plug in cameras into NVR until after you have setup the NVR fresh. After You have setup the NVR, now plug in ONE camera at a time into the NVR, do NOT initialize them first. Wait at least 5 minutes to see if the cam appears on screen.

After logging in, go to the menu option called Display. On that screen you will see an option for Resolution. Set the resolution, eg 1920x1080, click OK and log out. Then go to your NVR and log into it and you should now see your screen. (My instructions assume your NVR have the version 4.0 GUI.) Thanks it worked.

Pull the dvr's plug for about 15 secs. and reboot it to see if you get the recordings showing on the tv connected to the dvr. If that doesn't work, do the same thing with the gateway. Wait a few minutes until it reboots. Then reboot the dvr again as I just described. If you can now see the recordings I would assume the wireless receivers could
